Summer is here!! It’s the perfect time to focus on manifesting what you REALLY desire for yourself and for your life- whether it’s related to your relationships, your career, your health, or something else.
Ready to make that happen? Here are my suggestions for manifesting everything you want this season, which is exactly what I’ll be doing!
Set Your Intentions
Before you can begin manifesting, it’s important to know exactly WHAT you want to manifest! It’s time to set your intentions and get clear about them. Maybe that means…
- Landing your dream job
- Buying a house
- Improving your health
Or something else! Whatever it is, BE SPECIFIC with what you want to bring to fruition so the Universe can deliver. And here’s the thing- you can set your intentions over specific time periods! Maybe you want to have…
- Intentions for the whole summer
- Intentions for one month
- Inventions for one week
- Intentions for one day
It’s okay to change things up and have different goals for different periods of time!
Declutter & Sage
Out with the old, in with the new! EVERYTHING around us holds energy, from the pen at our desk to our car to the people we hang out with. Take a moment to think about everything you possess–whether it’s physical items or relationships–and ask yourself if they’re all REALLY serving you!
How are they making you feel? Are they bringing down your energy or are they filling up your cup? If it’s the former- that may be your sign to declutter and clean!
Go through all of your items and toss or donate everything that you no longer need, use, or want. Then go through your social media accounts and unfollow or remove anyone you feel is reflecting their negative energy onto you. You’ll be amazed at how much better you feel once you say GOODBYE!
When doing so, be sure to “thank” the items or the people for their time and then get ready to create a channel for new opportunities to arrive. Clearing your house and areas with sage will help with this process and form a positive relationship with the energy around you!
Create a Morning Self-Care Routine
Not everyone is a morning person, and that’s okay! Having a morning routine that works for you and helps start your day on the right foot is important and might include-
- Journaling
- Expressing your gratitude
- Sipping coffee, tea, or water
- Reading
- Meditating
Or something else! Whatever it is, be sure to create a routine that supports the life YOU want to live. Doing so will help to decrease that to-do list anxiety you might be feeling about everything you need to do and when you need to do it! We all feel that way, don’t we?!
My morning routine always includes gratitude- sometimes that’s two minutes long and sometimes it’s 20 minutes long! But I’m always 100% thankful I took the time, because it raises my vibration and gets me in the right mindset.
Schedule Time to Make It Happen
If you don’t schedule the time for something, is it really going to happen? Reserving time to think, play, write, meditate, etc. is crucial for making your desires come to life! Whether you do it in a formal setting, like attending a yoga class, or an informal setting, like sitting in your car and getting lost in your thoughts, be sure to schedule the time you need to manifest your wishes! They won’t necessarily happen on their own and need YOU to initiate the process!
Tune Into Your Feelings
As an intuitive person, you will experience things that will make you feel bad, guilty, alert, sad, or something else. It’s important to tune into your feelings and understand WHY they’re coming to you!
Did your boss insult you and make you feel bad? Maybe it’s your intuition telling you that you’re ready for a new career!
Did you really want something to happen, but it didn’t? Maybe it’s the Universe telling you that something better is coming instead!
Take some time to sit with your feelings, figure out where they’re coming from, and prevent them from letting them take over your whole mood and mindset. Know that it’s okay to feel the way you do but that it’s likely giving you a deeper message!
